Peace doesn’t just magically appear. We have to make peace; we have to pray for peace; we have to learn to be instruments of God’s peace. The prophet Isaiah put it like this, "They shall beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore.”
Lord, make us instruments of your peace.
