As a multicultural church, we embrace the beauty of difference and walk hand in hand with our neighbors to nurture healing, spark growth, and create lasting change—for our congregation and the wider community. At Bethel, transformation isn’t just possible—it’s already happening.

Our mission is to ignite the transformative power of love by nurturing inclusive community, celebrating diversity, and joining with others in acts of service, learning, and justice. We believe God’s love calls us to build bridges, not walls—and to shape a more compassionate world, together.

At Bethel International UMC, our purpose is to serve as a multicultural community hub where people from all walks of life can connect, celebrate, and collaborate. We work alongside schools, nonprofits, government agencies, community groups, and faith communities to build bridges across race, language, culture, gender, sexuality, and ability.

We believe every neighbor brings gifts, and together we can break down barriers of division—social, economic, and spiritual. In all we do, we seek to announce the good news of God’s Kingdom: a world of peace, justice, and belonging for all God’s children.
