Discouragement doesn’t just come to you and me; it was common for biblical heroes as well. Even Jesus expressed discouragement.
In part three of this series we learn from Isaiah as to why we need a Fresh Start at times. We know that things will go wrong but when we become discouraged, burned out, overwhelmed and beaten down it can be hard to keep going. That’s when, and that’s why, we need a Fresh Start.
Isaiah teaches two words about discouragement: Beloved and Beyond.
The next step to "A New Start" is to know that God believes we are beloved despite our own negative feelings. And, when we feel like we've fallen short, God will calls us beyond our comfort zone.
