Trunk or Treat CANCELED

Safety & Weather Concerns

Due to safety concerns and weather concerns, the Children’s Ministry team has decided to cancel Trunk or Treat this Sunday. Hopefully things will be back to normal next year!

Trunk Treat

The back parking lot at BIUMC will host a safe and fun Trunk-or-Treat experience for kids of all ages!
Come dressed in your best costume and bring a bag to collect the treats. Treaters can arrive any time between 5 and 6.

This year our event will be more like an “open house.” Due to Covid-19 we need to scale back our annual event to meet the safety protocols put in place, but there is still lots of fun to be had for all.

We ask all those participating — Trunkers and Treaters alike — to wear a mask at all times; please don’t attend if you or anyone in your family is ill or experiencing any cold, flu, or Covid-19 symptoms.

Trunks may start arriving as early as 4pm to set up. We ask that all participants wear masks and provide some sort of barrier between their trunk and the children (table, sawhorse,...). Please provide individually wrapped, prepackaged treats (nothing homemade due to COVID-19).
Contact Sarah DeWees, children@mybethel.org with any questions.
